WHOLESALER POLICY

By placing an order with J'scential Fragrances, LLC., you agree to have read and agreed to our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be subject to change at any time. The following sections details the policies for the three(3) Wholesale Packages.

Section 1a. Wholesale - Reseller (Package)

If you have purchased this package, this section applies to you.
The "Wholesale - Reseller" package gives you the opportunity to buy J'scential Fragrances LLC. products at a wholesale price. Prior to receiving this benefit, you are REQUIRED to create a "Wholesaler Account". The following rules must be adhered to in order to maintain a healthy Wholesaler Account status. Sect.1a-1.A By purchasing this package, you agree that this product is going to be used EXCLUSIVELY by YOU ONLY. Any attempts to abuse, and/or the unauthorized redistribution of your discount code will result in an IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION and subsequent TERMINATION of your discount code(s). Section 2a. Entrepreneur (Package)

If you have purchased this package, this section applies to you.
The "Entrepreneur" package gives you the opportunity to buy J'scential Fragrances LLC.'s products and have them branded with your own company branded design(s) with the "option" to receive aide in label creation/design (from the J'scential Fragrances LLC design team) if you so choose. Prior to receiving this benefit, you are REQUIRED to create a "Wholesaler Account". The following rules must be adhered to in order to maintain a healthy Wholesaler Account status. Sect.2a-1.A By purchasing this "Wholesale - Entrepreneur" Package, you understand that this purchase applies ONLY for allowing 24/7 Customer Support via Call, Text, and/or Email to the purchased Wholesaler Account Holder thereof. Sect.2a-2.A This purchase does NOT by any means include the wholesale purchase of product(s) on the website. The wholesale purchase of any products MUST be done AFTER the purchase of this package and Wholesaler Account Verification has been concluded. Sect.2a-3.A Upon the purchase of this package, you will be given a unique 10% discount code for your corresponding purchased package. In order to use the 10% discount code from this package, you MUST have a valid Wholesaler Account. Any attempts to abuse, and/or the unauthorized redistribution of your discount code will result in an IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION and subsequent TERMINATION of your discount code(s). Section 3a. From The Bottom (Package)

If you have purchased this package, this section applies to you.
The "From The Bottom" package gives you the opportunity to buy J'scential Fragrances LLC.'s products unbranded. Prior to receiving this benefit, you are REQUIRED to create a "Wholesaler Account". You (the wholesale customer) are responsible for doing all the design work and label processing for the products that you have purchased from the J'scential Fragrances LLC website. The following rules must be adhered to in order to maintain a healthy Wholesaler Account status. Sect.3a-1.A Upon the purchase of this package, you will be given a unique 25% discount code for your corresponding purchased package. In order to use the 25% discount code from this package, you MUST have a valid Wholesaler Account. Any attempts to abuse, and/or the unauthorized redistribution of your discount code will result in an IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION and subsequent TERMINATION of your discount code(s).
