LABEL DESIGN POLICY
By participating in the "LABEL DESIGN CENTER SERVICE" with J'scential Fragrances, LLC., you hereby agree to have read and understood our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be subject to change at any time. The following sections dictates the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines that MUST be followed and adhered to when conducting business between YOU - the client, and the J'scential Fragrances LLC company/website thereof.
Sect.1a-1.A The LINEAR DESIGN SERVICE is a design service made based off of an official template designed exclusively by & for J'scential Fragrances LLC. Its designs - although relative to what the exact product is, can be tailored to the customer's preferences - so long as it does NOT conflict with the template parameters. The Color Scheme, Label Title Design, and Product Design - although relatively generic, will look like it was made specifically for the customer's intended product(s). Sect.1a-2.A The customer(s) MUST understand that this specific label design service - although is faster than the CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE to process, is designed solely to provide a simple EASE-OF-USE template to allow the customer(s) to efficiently procure and manifest their thoughts and ideas of what they would like for their product(s) label(s) to be. Sect.1a-3.A THE CUSTOMER(S) UNDERSTANDS THAT THE LINEAR DESIGN SERVICE ALLOWS MODIFICATION OF DESIGN TEMPLATE FEATURES BUT NOT DESIGN TEMPLATE FORMATING.
Sect.2a-1.A The CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE is a design service made "strictly" off the ideas given and the criteria set by the customer(s). The label design is 100% Original in its entirety. The Color Scheme, Label Title Design, and Product Designs are unique for each individual product label requested and unlike the LINEAR DESIGN SERVICE, the CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE allows FULL AND COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE FEATURES AND FORMATTING OF THE CUSTOMER'S LABEL DESIGN. Sect.2a-2.A Revisions and customizations can be submitted at any time during the label production process. Sect.2a-3.A As mentioned in Sect.4a-2.A of the CUSTOMER DISPOSITION section in this policy, AFTER THE FINAL REVISION OF THE CUSTOMER'S LABEL(S) HAS/HAVE BEEN MADE, SUBMITTED, RECEIVED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER(S), THE TRANSACTION AND FINALIZATION OF THE SERVICE(S) SHALL BE COMPLETED. ANY LAST MINUTE REVISIONS AND/OR REQUESTS SHALL NOT AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
Sect.3a-1.A Depending on what the customer(s) want(s) and the design service they choose, the delivery time could range between approximately 2 - 4 weeks. Label quantity, design complexity, and the amount of revision cycles will affect the delivery time of the customer's label(s). Often times, a custom design is requested whenever an individual label is solely desired. However, a multitude of labels can be made upon the customer's request. Sect.3a-2.A Depending on the type of label design service(s) requested and the customer's criteria, production times can, may, and will increase drastically relative to the previously mentioned factors.
Sect.4a-1.A UPON the completion of said customer's label design(s), the J'scential Fragrances LLC design team shall provide revisions of the customer's label design(s) until the customer's preferences and criteria has/have been met. Sect.4a-2.A After the final revision of the customer's label(s) has/have been made, submitted, received, reviewed, and approved by the customer(s), the transaction and finalization of the service(s) shall be completed. Any last minute revisions and/or requests shall not and will not be accepted.
Sect.5a-1.A THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RIGHTS TO HIS/HER/THEIR DESIGN(S) AND J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC ASSUMES NO OWNERSHIP, LICENSE, LICENSING, ROYALTIES OR ANY OTHER AFFILIATION WITH THE CUSTOMER(S) AND/OR THE CUSTOMER'S DESIGN(S) NEITHER NOW, PRIOR, NOR IN THE FUTURE THEROF.
