GREEN FIEND RECYCLE POLICY

By participating in the "GREEN FIEND RECYCLE PROGRAM" with J'scential Fragrances, LLC., you hereby agree to have read and understood our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be subject to change at any time. The following sections dictates the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines that SHALL be followed and adhered to when conducting business between YOU - the client, and the J'scential Fragrances LLC company/website thereof.

Section 1a.

CURRENT CUSTOMERS

Sect.1a-1.A Current customers SHALL contact the support team via email here or via the J'scential Fragrances LLC's Green Fiend Recycle Program; The Green Fiend Recycle Request Form submission - detailing their request to recycle their candle vessel(s). Sect.1a-2.AThe customer SHALL provide the following MANDATORY pieces of information in order to ensure a smooth Recycle Process.

  • 1. FULL NAME
  • 2. PHONE NUMBER
  • 3. EMAIL ADDRESS
  • 4. MAILING ADDRESS
  • 5. TYPE OF CANDLE BEING RECYCLED (2oz. 8oz. 12oz.)
  • 6. PREFERRED METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT (STORE CREDIT / MONEY ORDER)

    Sect.1a-3.A Upon submission of the required information, the J'scential Fragrances LLC support team SHALL contact the customer(s) to confirm receipt of the Green Fiend Recycle Request Form. ONCE CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND VERIFICATION OF THE CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION IN THE J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC'S DATABASE HAS BEEN REASSURED, THE GREEN FIEND RECYCLE PROCESS SHALL COMMENCE.

    Section 2a.

    NEW CUSTOMERS

    Sect.2a-1.A Upon receiving delivery of their product(s), the New Customer SHALL receive a mailed document within their delivered package that provides referencing information to the Green Fiend Recycle Request Form and the proper steps necessary to accurately complete and submit the form.

    Section 3a.

    SHIPPING

    Sect.3a-1.A A CUSTOMER WHOM PARTICIPATES IN THE RECYCLE PROGRAM IS/ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL SHIPPING/SHIPMENT FEES INCURRED IN ORDER TO DELIVER THEIR VESSEL(S) TO J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. Sect.3a-2.A J'scential Fragrances LLC. SHALL cover ANY/ALL shipping/shipment fees incurred in order to deliver a customer's Green Fiend Recycle money order reimbursement. Processing and delivery times SHALL begin and end no more than 3 - 5 business days AFTER the 24 hours that the confirmation email has been sent to the customer and processing of the Green Fiend Recycle Request Form has been concluded.

    Section 4a.

    REIMBURSEMENT

    Sect.4a-1.A Once a customer submits their Green Fiend Recycle Form, they SHALL be given two(2) reimbursement methods to choose from. The customer(s) has the option to choose either Store Credit or to receive a Money Order upon submission of their form.

  • STORE CREDIT

    • Sect.4a-2.A STORE CREDIT SHALL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER'S RESPECTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE FORM OF A REIMBURSEMENT DISCOUNT CODE. Sect.4a-3.A The Reimbursement codes generated are unique to each customer and CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE.

  • MONEY ORDERS

    • Sect.4a-4.A Money Orders SHALL be mailed to the customer's preferred address of choice. IF A CUSTOMER ELECTS TO RECEIVE THEIR GREEN FIEND RECYCLE REIMBURSEMENTS VIA MONEY ORDER, A MONEY ORDER PROCESSING FEE NO MORE THAN $5.00 SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR OVERALL REIMBURSEMENT SUM Sect.4a-5.A SHIPPING COSTS TO HAVE THE MONEY ORDER(S) MAILED TO THE CUSTOMER(S) SHALL BE COVERED BY J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC.
